BRAND AMBASSADOR
POSITION SUMMARY:
This full time position is accountable for driving the Boca Raton sales and promoting Georgette Skincare, to obtain a defined monthly goal. Working independently and in conjunction with others this person will work diligently to model best practices while delivering defined retail results within a fast-paced retail environment. Execution of training’s and planned in-store events on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis. Must have a flexible schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES:
- Achievement of daily sales plan in assigned door 
- Focus on strategy by retailer 
- Completion of in-store checklist for daily in-store support 
- Deliver sales & productivity goal by door 
- Engage store associates in selling 
- Product focuses by account / door 
COMMUNICATION:
- Represent brand strategy / mission in-store 
- Relationship management in-store 
- Brand awareness in-store 
- Daily recaps sent to RECAPS and Sales and Training Executive daily 
- In-store training 
- Recap store visits / events to Sales and Training Executives 
- Constant communication of sales and / or branding opportunities noticed in-stores
